Mikaela Dyke is a Newfoundland performer with over a decade of experience. Her solo shows, Dying Hard and Epic Pitch, have toured all across North America and won multiple critical and audience awards. Most recently, her work with Toronto's Circlesnake Productions in their ensemble creation Dark Matter was nominated for a best supporting actress and won best production in My Entertainment World's 2014 Toronto Indie Theatre awards. Previous work includes Special Constables, with members of CCA-nominated Sex T-Rex, CCA-winning Peter 'N Chris, and overall-sweethearts Theatre Brouhaha. She has an extensive comedy resume and has appeared at cabarets in New York, Ottawa, Victoria, Winnipeg and Toronto. She was a part of the ensemble for (Canadian Comedy Award nominated sketch group) Tony Ho's Peak Falls, an unsettling comedy miniseries produced in collaboration with Bad Dog Repertory Players, and also performed with them during JFL42. Look for her next project, Good Morning Tonight online with Crazy Shirt Productions in 2015. She is incredibly fond of terrible movies, eating pies and working with people who are passionate about their work.
