Biography: 

Kat Letwin is an award-winning actor, writer, and comedian from Brantford, Ontario. She’s appeared on MTV Canada, CMT Canada, CTV Digital, CBC Radio One, BiteTV, and has performed in NXNE, JFL42, Toronto Sketchfest, Montreal Sketchfest, Vancouver Sketchfest, and Big City Improv Fest.

Favourite theatre roles include Acaste in The Misanthrope (Mirvish/the red light district), Noaman in A Funeral For Clowns (Toronto Fringe Patron’s Pick), Princess/Michelle in Scheherazade (Next Stage Festival 2014), Marlow in Dark Matter (Circlesnake Productions), Candace in Retreat (Theatre Brouhaha), and Michele Doucette in The Chasse-Galerie (Red One Theatre).

As part of Rulers of the Universe, she was nominated for NOW Magazine’s Best Sketch Troupe and was a finalist in Sirius XM’s 2014 Sketch Off. Kat regularly performs improv and sketch comedy with her duo Northwest Passage at Bad Dog Theatre, The Social Capital Theatre, and Comedy Bar, and is co-host and co-producer of Storefront Theatre’s monthly Sing For Your Supper.
