Grienke, Jennica

Biography: 

Manitoba born, Vancouver trained, brand-new resident of Calgary. Jennica is an actor, writer and director. She has studied acting at the University of Winnipeg, from which she graduated with Honors, One Yellow Rabbit and most recently from Studio 58. Since then she has written several plays including An Inheritance, and the fringe hit SMUDGE. She has also performed in two back-to-back Theatre for Young Audience tours with GreenThumb Theatre. A recent career highlight was performing alongside Bruce McCulloch in his show Young Drunk Punk. Jennica was last seen on stage last in her solo-show This Time I Get What I Want, produced by Front Porch Theatre and Shift Performing Arts Society at the 2014 Shift Theatre Festival. Jennica is a founding member and current Co-Artistic Director of Front Porch Theatre.
