Heather is an accomplished theatre practitioner who works as a director, actor, creator, and producer. Primarily based in BC, her work has taken her throughout Canada, having worked for such companies as the National Arts Centre, Western Canada Theatre, Citadel Theatre, Gateway Theatre, Chemainus Theatre Festival, Thousand Islands Playhouse, Persephone Theatre, Pi Theatre, Axis Theatre, Presentation House, Shakespeare on the Saskatchewan, Upintheair Theatre, Project X Theatre, Urban Ink, and SkirtsAfire.
Heather is the Artistic Producer behind Phenomania Arts Society [www.phenomania.live] and she is the creator and curator for Secret City.
Heather is a graduate of Gastown Actors' Studio, and the Advanced Arts & Entertainment Management program at Capilano University. Continued training is a consistent pursuit and she has been fortunate to have attended the inaugural years of both the Arts Club Actors’ Intensive and the Masterclass of Canada’s National Voice Intensive and has trained in various specialties, including: Voice, Shakespeare, Stage Combat, Pochenko Clown, Mask, Puppetry, and Commedia del Arte.
