Welcome to Equity in Theatre

Bartolomucci, Emma

Biography:

A graduate from the Randolph Academy for the Performing Arts, it was there that Emma found her passion for choreography. Five years into the business, she has choreographed eight full length musicals and three physical theatre pieces. She has taught dance, drama and music with seven different Toronto based companies including York University. She has performed in Germany, Newfoundland, Niagara Falls, Toronto, Yukon Territory and has toured across the United States. Currently, she is working on Bonnie and Clyde showing Mar 5-14th 2015 at the Factory Theatre. This piece devised by Adrian Yearwood and Victoria Fuller is twisting and old story with text and movement. It's going to be raw and gory. With lots of experience in dance and a great foundation in music and story telling, she believes that this is her formula for creation. Her medium is movement. When there are no words left, we must dance.
