COME TO BLACK WOMEN IN MOTION'S: THIS MEANS WAAR CONFERENCE
October 15-16// Black Women In Motion (BWIM), is a grassroots, youth-led initiative that seeks to inspire and empower young women and girls.
This Means WAAR (Weekend of Action Against Rape Culture) is a two-day conference that aims to increase dialogue on cultural attitudes towards rape. The theme of the Conference this year is Men & Women as Allies. Through interactive panel discussions, workshops and activities, we will discuss rape culture and the role each of play in “fighting and pushing back” against it. See here for details!

Registration opens at 10:00am, light refreshments will be provided. Lunch will be provided as well as TTC reimbursement upon request.
