Moccasin Trek: Arts on the Move!
Full Circle’s Moccasin Trek: Arts on the Move! brings the teachings and rich history of Aboriginal people into the classrooms, school gymnasiums and local community centres throughout the province of British Columbia.
It offers first-hand experience in Aboriginal arts, enriches the school curriculum, enhances Aboriginal children’s sense of belonging in the community as well as builds pride about Aboriginal culture and history.
All workshops and classes are facilitated by leading professional artists and are offered at a suggested donation of $175 per session. However, no person will be turned away due to financial restrictions. Sessions are available throughout the following regions:
Vancouver Island – Oct. 3rd to Oct.14th
Tofino/ Ucluelet – Oct.3rd/ 4th
Comox Valley – Oct. 5th, Oct. 6th & Oct. 7th
Campbell River – Oct. 10th & 11th
Port Hardy – Oct.12th to 14th
