CALL FOR PARTICIPANTS!
Why Not Theatre and Complicite Creative Learning are bringing together newcomer women – daughters and their mothers (or mothers and their daughters) – to create and perform in the performance project Like Mother, Like Daughter.
Like Mother, Like Daughter weaves together their stories into an unscripted performance, enacted by the mothers and daughters themselves. At the end of each performance, the audience will be invited to join the mothers and daughters to continue the conversation over a light meal, created from recipes shared by participating newcomer mothers and daughters.
No performance experience necessary! We’re looking for real people, and real stories!
