inVISIBLE: A workshop to explore the female identity

inVISIBLE is collaborative project between Handsome Alice Theatre, Calgary Sexual Health and Mount Royal University. Collectively, a group of professional theatre actors, counsellors and community participants will work together to explore what it means to identify as ‘woman’ within today’s social and political context.
Currently, inVISIBLE is recruiting women-identified people to participate in this project. inVISIBLE is participant led, actor supported, and aimed at creating space that allows for narratives, stories and experiences to emerge through using tools of theatre.
No previous acting experience is necessary and participation in any activities is always optional.
The group will meet on Monday May 9, 16, 23 and 30 from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
