Our mandate is to create opportunities for women playwrights to hear their work in the presence of an audience, where feed-back may be obtained in order to further develop the work. We also aspire to provide opportunities for her play to be exposed to theatre professionals who may be in a position to enable her to take her work to the next level.

All plays submitted must have previously been through a workshop process or have been professionally dramaturged.

The Bodacious! team in cooperation with Presentation House Theatre will provide the reading space, advertising, refreshments, volunteers, and support for the playwright to stage a reading of her work.
